THERAPEUTIC DRUG ADDICTION PROGRAM
This program is aimed at users with a diagnosis of dependence on opioids, poly-addicts, in a Methadone Maintenance Program, with a chronic consumption profile, significant personal and family breakdown, added judicial problems, and poor or no capacity to reintegration on the short term. These patients have been unable to acquire or maintain sobriety in an outpatient treatment and need a time of isolation and containment in order to clarify their problem, which all contributes to their ability to develop personal resources for reintegration in their social, family and work environments.
The General Objectives of the Program are:
To get the user, removed from his or her environment, to focus their motivation on the treatment, with the aim of becoming aware of his problem and enabling him or her to stay clean.
He or she will undertake a restructuring of habits and behaviors affected by drug addiction, as well as training for their subsequent social, work and family reintegration.
The Program is divided into three phases with specific objectives in each of them. Each phase is developed in a different resource:
• First Phase: Therapeutic Community
• Second Phase: Therapeutic Community
• Third Phase: Supported Accommodation for Reintegration
